慕尼黑机场用支付宝退税

去年,我妈从国内来欧洲跟我们一起住,享受到了奥地利国家签证的好处,一住就是半年。回国的时候从慕尼黑机场起飞,按惯例,要在出境前退税。

把我妈送过安检,我就拿着退税单去机场退税窗口办理退税手续。到那儿一看,长长的队一眼望不到头儿。没办法,排进去等吧。时间倒是不打紧,就是每次退税时都感觉尴尬:前后排队的人,退的税往往上百欧,比我购物的总价还多,而且都在赶时间登机。我因为退自己那区区几十欧元的税而耽误了别人的时间,感觉很不好意思。

就在这个时候,有位中年妇女走过来,用中文问我,愿不愿意拿支付宝退税。我只要提供我的支付宝账号,过两三周就把退税打到我账上了。她还解释说,好处一是我不用排队,直接来旁边她的一个工作台办理就行,二是可以免去退税窗口收的几欧元手续费。

有这好事儿?我想了一下,既省时间又省钱,没理由拒绝。再上下打量她:华人,身穿环球蓝联(Global Blue Service)的工作制服,大庭广众之下,应该不会是招摇撞骗的吧。于是,我就从长队里走出来,跟她过去填了个表格,把退税单交给她,拿了个票根,很快办完,就回奥地利了。

回家之后,越想越不对劲,有种上当受骗之后的感觉。支付宝有这功能?没听说过啊。票根简陋极了,上面只有个收据编号。如果上当的话,仅凭这个票根能挽回损失吗?这时老婆也埋怨我,怪我贪小便宜。我说等等看吧,不是说需要两三周吗?

等了一个多月,支付宝上始终没见到这笔钱。

我几乎已经认定是上当受骗了。反正也就几十欧元,就当交学费了吧。不过,我依然没有死心,抱着死马当活马医的侥幸,我搜到环球蓝联的客服信箱,发了一封电邮:

Dear Sir/Madam,

my name is DaPeng. On xx April I submitted a form to the Global Blue Service counter at Munich Airport for the tax-free refund. It was said that I could receive the refund on my Alipay account in 2 to 3 weeks. However, it has been 5 weeks and I have not received it yet. Could you do me a favor and figure it out?

发这封邮件的时候,我是没指望收到回复的。事实再度证明,期望越低,越容易有惊喜。很快,回信来了:

Please be informed, that when processing your request of the VAT return, we realized that your Global Blues form cannot be processed due to the following reason:

  • Tourist Information Missing

Based on the above investigation, we have to remind you of the following criteria. Your personal details are needed for the refund to be processed.

In order to proceed with your refund, please provide us with the following details and fill in the attached documents:

  • Full name of the buyer
  • Address of the permanent residency
  • Passport copy of the buyer
  • Payment option (full credit card number, bank account details)

大意就是,需要提供购物人的姓名、永久地址、护照复印件、税款的支付方式,而这些信息我在退税的时候没有提交完整。这个,当时那位工作人员并没有要求提供。

于是,我在回复的电邮中列出了这些信息,护照复印件用扫描的pdf来替代。很快,税款退到了我的支付宝账户上。

看来,慕尼黑机场用支付宝退税是真的,不骗人,只是那位工作人员不够敬业而已!
